The Assistant Secretary of Defense for Networks & Information Integration (ASD(NII)) / Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides command, control, and information systems to connect Department of Defense, government, and military leaders. The Airborne, Maritime, & Fixed station Joint Tactical Radio System (AMF JTRS) at Hanscom AFB was a revolutionary system used to secure mobile communications amongst the military worldwide. Designed to meet diverse war fighter needs, AMF JTRS seamlessly linked forces at sea, on the ground, and in the air through ad hoc, self-healing networks.

NetServices participated in Program Risk Reviews and brainstorming sessions within the multi-contractor environment. By conducting joint Risk/Opportunity Management Boards with customer participation, NetServices developed and provided requisite Risk Management/Opportunity Management training to the community. This training has integrated Risk/Opportunity Management into routing management practices across the AMF JTRS Program.
